How long did it take for you to notice a difference in your size/shape/weight through strength train

    That is kind of a hard question to answer. You have fat to lose...right? If you lose that fat without strength training, you will lose a decent amount of muscle as well. When you get to goal you won't have a "defined" or lean look, most likely. On the other hand, if you strength train while you lose, you will maintain more muscle and have a better body composition toward goal weight.

    That said, you will feel and see some changes a long the way. Sometimes they are hard to pinpoint. There is not telling what you will see and when. The end result will be amazing though.
