I like to put it in a preheated roasting dish with coconut oil. Then whatever herbs/spices/veg i feel like and cover it in tinfoil, that way the turkey stays nice and moist and full of flavour and of course its all good healthy food0

I just eat mine plain. I don't think it needs anything fancy to make it taste good!0

Hubby makes a version of this except instead of potatoes and bread crumbs, he uses finely cut up onions.
He also cooks them with garlic in the pan.

The BEST, and a healthy alternative to fatty Thanksgiving cravings. I make this often in fall.0 -
I saute them in olive or grape seed oil until they are cooked but not browned. Add one can of rotel tomatoes with mild green chili, one can of crushed tomatoes, one jar of artichoke hearts (drained and chopped) and about 1/4 cup white cooking wine. Season it up with crushed red pepper, sea salt, course pepper, paprika, cayenne, oregano and minced garlic. Simmer it until the chicken is cooked through. Serve it over pasta or spaghetti squash.0
