Depends on your diet. Are there any micros/macros you are finding hard to meet in particular?

the ones that allow you to meet your micros and macros …

and what do you mean by "clean bulk"…

finally, there are no "unhealthy foods" just unhealthy diets, so map sure that you hit your calorie goal, get adequate nutrition, and meet micro nutrient goals...

clean bulk reffers to the size of your surplus, not the foods you eat. As long as you get your minimum Micros and macros you can eat anything to get the rest of your cals in: Nuts, seeds, oils, extra butter, ice cream, etc.

Here is a thread that can help.

Getting rid of some of the limitations or perceptions of foods is the first place to be addressed. More often or not, people foods as either good or bad and then struggle to reach their goals due to this labels. Ultimately, you will not reach your goal if you don't eat enough food.

I used to stay clear of oil, but olive oil is good for you and adds a few easy to eat calories. Seeds can be added to a lot of things, and avocados I love. But if your bulking
a smoothie. I make them for my son with banana oats honey protein powder full milk and ice cream. 1000 calories easy
