Hi everyone!! I did do a search for freezer friendly stuff to which I was presented with a lot of meal ideas however I am looking for snacks and brekky on the go ideas. These two areas are my downfall. I really aren't a breakfast person but if I have something already prepped that I could just grab on my way out of the door to work in the mornings I think it would be greatly beneficial.
Appreciate any suggestions, recipes, blogs or sites!! Cheers

Cook on the weekends so you can microwave them in the a.m. Three muffins is 259 calories and 19 grams protein according to the page but you would put the ingredients through the recipe builder of course.

Thanks RodaRose for this recipe. I found a variant of this earlier and is definitely on my to bake list this weekend.0

If you like baked oatmeal, Jillian's kitchen has several recipes that use rolled oats.

I make a batch of breakfast burritos to freeze. You can customize these for fewer calories; I'm always going for max protein. Flour tortilla filled with scrambled egg, grated cheese, a few cooked tater tots (I like the WFoods version) and cooked turkey chorizo by Diestel. Delicious!!!0

Thanks Ladies for the ideas so far. I did up a batch of Egg and Quinoa muffins this evening and stuck them in the freezer. I'll let you know how they are.0

I like slicing and freezing bananas. Most stuff is freezer friendly though, just get containers small enough that you can separate into the right sized portions.0

Thanks Cassidy, I tend to freeze bananas for the purpose of adding them to smoothies but not to eat.0

@KrazedBemused supposedly if you have a powerful blender or a food processor, you can turn them into ice cram as well, but I have a cheap one . Lol. So I get banana Popsicles until I earn me some extra spending money.0

Hahaha Oh nice!! Best be saving those pennies if you want ice cream! @CassidyScaglione0

I made a batch of these last night which I froze overnight and thawed two this morning for brekky! Very tasty and kept well.
