Extremely low impact body weight exercises

So I came off my bike on Tuesday night on a mountain trail. I have badly jarred and bruised my arm so it is useless. I can't ride and I can't lift weights (I can't do anything with my right arm except hold light things). I spent today being well behaved and lying around the house not doing anything.
I am going crazy. I am going back to work tomorrow and I need some ideas for low impact body weight exercises I can do after work. Thursday is usually a Mountain Bike day so all my friends will be out on the trails and I will be bored as hell.

I already have body-weight squats and lunges on my list.

Walk, go for a long walk through the trails whilst your friends cycle.

Kicking. Any kind, really. But don't leave the ground if you need low impact ;) And stretch beforehand in this case.

Walk, yoga, anything in the water, trx, pilates...any of those would get your heart rate up, work some muscles but stay low impact.

Swimming or aquatic exercise. Lots of variety.

I was off work yesterday and I was going to get into the pool in my complex but my wounds kept opening up when I moved my arm. Maybe this evening after work since my wound seems to have stayed closed overnight.

Due to the fact I have a head injury (Forgot to mention that) walking anywhere far from home is not an option in case I get dizzy or nauseous.

But thanks for the tips, I think I can manage a few of those exercises.

is your head injury from your bike fall? When i'm injured i usually rest and dont do anything so my body can use all its energy to heal. As hard as it is to sit still, you should rest especially if you get dizzy walking. maybe even see a doctor.

Given the head injury AND arm injury ... just take a couple of weeks to heal your body, and follow your medical provider's instructions, which might include PT to get the use of your arm back.

Yeah, I had a minor concussion (We think) that was gone by the time the doctors looked me over. I am fine now, but the two days after were a little dodgy.

I went back to work for Thursday and Friday as I have just started a new job. My friends won't let me work out with them as they want me to focus on getting better. I am kind of going mental. But I have my PS4 set up to play tomorrow morning while my friends are out mountain bike riding.

Yoga, seated ham curls, leg extensions, seated calf raises.
