Tracking excercise

Hi all. I'm eating around 1200 to 1500 calories per day with netting out excercise and the step tracker. The scale is not budging and I have been at this for a few weeks. My question is: should I stop eating my excercise calories? Perhaps I am really eating more than I realize.

    How do you know what you're eating? Do you only eat packaged food, do you prep it yourself, some combination? How about measuring.. Do you own and use a food scale, do you measure volume, or do you estimate? Without seeing your diary, I can't offer specific insights.
