Finally loosing again

Well I had to experience it to believe it!
I have read and been told many times that if you are eating in deficit and stop loosing weight then you need to eat more.
It doesn't seem to make sense but the proof is in the pudding.
I know there are those out there that claim that there is no such thing as starvation mode with our bodies. Whatever you want to call it, if you eat too little, you will loose less.
I used a website to figure my BMI. This is the amount of calories your body burns at rest per day.
I am now keeping my calories right at my BMI and doing 60 min of cardio/weight training per day.
The scales are now moving in the right direction again. Yea!
I'm no expert. These are just my personal experiences. J
