July Cleanse & Detox

After months of eating badly and relaxing my eating habits, has resulted in the usual bloat, weight gain and general discomfort!

As its now July and im trying to get bikini ready who wants to join me for a start of the month cleanse!!

Im too late to start today as I had nothing prepped but as of tommorow im detoxing...

Breakfast
Hot water with lemon and honey
Juice Smoothie (1/2 banana, 1 1/2 apples, low fat natural yoghurt and cinnamon)

Lunch
Super smoothie (1/2 avacado, celery, carrot, red pepper, brocolli, spinach, cucumber and lemon juice
Fennel Tea

Snack
Almond milk protein shake

Dinner
Grilled chicken breast, sweet potato mash and steamed veg

Snack
Natural yoghurt and berries

How is everyone else going to start.... looking for some inspiration!!

    Should have probabley mentioned what I tend to eat normally

    Im a sucker for anything processed full of chemicals (ie sweets, fast food, cola etc) as well as caffiene

    So trying to cut out caffiene as well as stop eating food that has a ingredients list the size of a novel. Pretty much going natural other than the protein powder.

    I also tend to find bread substances and gluten make me bloated and uncomfortable so trying to flush it all out my system by sticking to fresh fruit, veg and lean meats for a few weeks!!

    Worked for me in the past, just seeing if anyone else does this!!
