101 Things to Give Up for Lent

So it's Ash Wednesday and beginning of the Lenten season for many of us.. This year I'm having a bit of a mind block on what to give up because I don't think I overindulge in much. I saw one suggestion that said give up honking... I can't do that, Some people need to be honked at when they are firmly on their breaks at a green light.... So what else?

Although I'm a Christian, the idea of Lent is new to me. I feel called to give up negativity/negative thinking.

It would be good to give up on my impulsive comments, so I can show a more generous heart to other people. It would result in a kinder and gentler environment. Give up whining about my day, as a young friend had his last day today, the cancer won.
