Help!

So I have doomed myself AGAIN, I just keep telling myself that I can't do it and then I give up. I just decided not to log in for the day instead of facing my mistakes for the day eating and working out wise. I honestly don't even know what to do anymore. I want to loose 60 pounds so desperately, I want to be happy when I look at myself again!
I'm lucky in the sense that I have a man in my life that loves me no matter if I'm a size 22 or a size 4. He looks at me that same way, but I don't know if that is all good either because now I'm fat and comfortable and I want to be skinny and comfortable. Help!
Thanks in advance!

You've found yourself in a downward spiral of self doubt. The best way to change your thinking is to start small. Don't go all in and give up foods you enjoy and things you enjoy doing. Start small with something you know you can attain. Once you actually do it your mind will begin to process it as a positive and it will be easier to follow it up with something a little harder this time. You say you want to lose 60 lbs desperately, but what is your ultimate goal? To lose 60 and keep it off forever? To be able to run a 5K with your husband? To maintain a healthy weight range? To look good in a swimsuit? What are your goals besides losing 60 pounds? It's great to set a numerical goal, but having a general goal in mind can help to focus yourself when you find it easier to make mistakes.0
