Nearly at 100 friends on here....started on New Years Day and have lost 17lbs....if any one wants to friend request me please feel free

    Well done on the loss Pete that's great! - i started on Jan 2nd and im down 8 kgs, which is 17lb also! This site and the community I think helps massively. I try to motivate people where I can. Please feel free to add me anybody. Im in the UK too.
