Its been one month, and Id lost 12 lbs. Today I can see a difference!

I started my new diet and exercise plan on January 6th. So it has been just over 1 month. I couldnt really see a difference, but figured I would start taking pictures anyways. I took these pictures 3 weeks apart, wearing the same shirt. No its not a huge difference yet, but I did it. I busted my butt and made a difference for me! Im proud of myself and I can not wait to see what my end result is, in a year!
