Returning after an injury

2 months ago today I was in a bike accident & broke my elbow. Now, after surgery, 4 days in hospital, and 6 weeks of PT (still more of that), I am returning to MFP. Still challenges - don't have full range of motion yet. Can't ride my bike or do yoga, so exercise options are somewhat limited. Just starting light strength training on arm (seriously, typing hurts like hell). Had 5 weeks off work. Good news: I didn't gain weight even though I wasn't tracking my food & my exercise was just walking. So, I'm hoping that maybe this will have jump started my metabolism & I can break through this 18 month plateau I have been on. Wish me luck!
