Getting back in shape and motivated!

In need of some encouraging friends to help me along this journey. I'm 21 years old I'm a tall girl 6^2 and played basketball all through middle school, high school, and one year in college. While in the past I had practices 6 times a week and 2 hours a day I was in pretty good shape but still didn't have the body I wanted, and I don't understand why it's so hard for me to lose weight. I'm pretty athletic but I know I can have better food choices. It's hard as a college student who's studying constantly, goes to school and works full time. After my basketball journey completed I've been trying to go to the gym everyday but that doesn't always happen. These last two weeks I've been really motivated to change and have been going to the gym 5 times a week and I'm down 5 pounds. In need of someone with good workout tips good food tips and just keep me motivated!
