Any other high carb vegans out there who can help a newbie find her way? Trying to get to my best health and stop carrying this dangerous fat around my middle and hurting my organs!

    I am new too. Have you heard of The Happy Pear channel on YouTube? They have a ton of vegan recipes and run a store/restaurant in Ireland. I got some good ideas off their videos.
