I really want to try getting into exercise but the thought of going jogging etc fills me with dread. Anyone got an exercise routine for burning cals and toning up at home? I walk when I can and I aim to do 10-20km on my exercise bike every night but its just not doing enough. Thank you :)

Youtube also has fabulous channels with a variety of exercises. Also, walking at a moderate pace (4mph) will burn some calories. You can start at around 1-2 miles per day and work your way up from there. When you feel stronger, always increase the intensity of your workouts. Good luck :)
