Looking for a mentor

Hi, my name is Emily and I'm 23 years old. College student looking for help learning how to lose weight on a low food budget. I am very determined and I'm just not sure where to start and would love someone to motivate me, as well as keep me accountable. I am interested in ideally losing 50 pounds long term. Any help will be appreciated. I really enjoy hearing stories from those who were my size once, 200+ and can relate to the struggles! Hope to hear from someone looking to help. Thank you! :)

    2. Figure your tdee-20%
    3. Figure out high protein foods chicken breast, canned/ frozen fish along withfresh / frozen green veg, Greek yogurt, berries, nuts where / how you can make it work into budget
    4. Log it up
