Working on Being Healthier

Somewhere along the way I started reaching for more and more empty calories as I worked through my day. I have a thousand excuses and won't plant any of them here. I have developed some bad habits and they have attached themselves in pounds in places I didn't even know fat could accumulate. I saw almost 227 on the scale and realized now has to be the time or I will likely be 230 within a few weeks. All jokes aside, I would love to work together with positive, friendly, everyday people who are looking to make a change as well. I have 6 kids. Two of my own and 4 kids that I have inherited ( Step Kids), 3 dogs, and a wonderful Husband. Nice to meet you!
