Scale types and accuracy~

Hello, I need to purchase a new scale and would welcome any suggestions. Are any all that accurate? I'd love to hear which you prefer. Thanks!

I've had good luck with Taylor brand.
Available at walmart, target, etc.

You can try them at a store. They are always accurate (at least to me).0 -
Personally, I don't think accuracy is a thing you can effectively test and probably won't get, anyway. I'd be more concerned with consistency.
The problem I often see with scales is a fluctuation from reading to reading, for example, back to back measurements of a 5lb plate.
The consistency will allow you to see a trend which will give you your "accurate" downward trend.0 -
