Splenda/Truvia VS. Sugar

It could just be that there is really no nutritional benefit in soda, so if you are drinking the caloric version, its just "empty" calories for no nutritional advantage. Personally, I enjoy a diet coke or pepsi regularly during the summer.0

Monk Fruit in the Raw is my go-to sweetener. I really tried to like Stevia and it just tastes funky and I do not do those other sweeteners like sweet and low, splenda, etc. Now, for my coffee I also use something called SugaVida, it is a natural, organic sweetener made from the palmera jaggery plant that has several different B vitamins and other nutrients. There is only one ingredient listed on the package and has no fillers! It has a caramely back flavor that is quite pleasant in coffee. The only drawback is the cost. A small canister is about 13 dollars at my local HEB; however, since I only use it in my coffee due to the cost, it is a worthy investment for me. I actually use half monk fruit and half SugaVida when sweetening my coffee.0
