From Fit to Fat to....

Just wondering if anyone on here is (or was) like me trying to defeat the daily struggles of being hungry...I am currently trying that Eat a small meal every 3 hours but was hoping you can share your ideas of small meals so I can get an idea. As of right now I just think of the basic easy stuff e.g. turkey sandwich chips maybe a cup of fruit. I am a Tow Truck operator so when I'm NOT driving I'm loading up cars and moving around with chains and stuff...I'm new to this app so don't be too much of an *kitten* making fun of me
