I'm having trouble losing my mom pooch after having my third and biggest baby. Any moms out there that conquered this? Would greatly appreciate pictures and advice on the best way to lose this!

I had two babies, both were big and both were while I was obese. I wrote this guide two years ago for MFP to try to help people looking to lose their belly.

You may deal with the scar tissue issue. Meaning if the skin scar tissue has healed to the muscle you'll have to work on breaking up the scar tissue (firmly massaging the area is a good way). If they did it low and didn't have to cut vertical it shouldn't impact you that much. I have loose skin at the bottom of my stomach and I tuck it into my swimming suit/shorts.0 -

^Agreed.
@pichiPurinsesu - I've had 2 C-sections. I do have a little bit of an over hang of loose skin over my scar, but I also had a BMI of 44 after my first was born.

Thanks for sharing! Your tummy looks so very similar to how mine does especially round the belly button. I really hope mine looks as good as yours (which looks great!) when I reach goal (14lbs to go)0 -
wow that's really good going. My bmi is in the 30s but worry about the apron i have going on and if it doesn't shift. i guess it's not the end of the world though as i'm making myself healthier and those scars are a result of 2 happy kids0

I'm a c section momma as well. Maybe because I'm short ( 5'1) but I only started to loose it after I got below 120lb, I'm 117lb now and I will probably stop around 110-113lb0
