I've had this app on my phone – iPad for almost 5 years and occasionally took a glance at it but really didn't do anything else. I am in the older age group 60-ish, and I'm very sorry to say I have 140lb to lose, Will take it in small steps that may be aiming for half a stone. Does anybody have any fantastic ideas of how to visually measure the pounds I've lost, I can't really afford to go buying 2 pounds of sugar every time I lose 2 pound to see the nice big pile. There is also very good chance I'd eat the sugar. My son has given me a Garmin watch which links into this site and will hopefully persuade me to walk more. I've signed up for a midnight walk in July in aid of charity so hopefully that will also give me something to aim for. Must go and take a picture of myself now got to take this very seriously I'm the sort of person that gives in very easily to bottle of wine and a box of chocolates
