I lost the baby weight after baby #1. Then quickly I had a baby #2. A couple of years later we were surprised/blessed with twins! Im still fighting, 4.5 years after their birth for my body back! Well, ok, I just started. I signed up for a half marathon in July. Wish me luck! 25lbs to lose and a lot of running/exercise to do!

Best of luck getting ready for the marathon! I'm a mom of five. My oldest is 10 and my youngest,boy/girl twins, will be 4 next week. I've been working hard the last six months and have lost 39lbs so far! I've been on here for 3 months and it's really helped to stay motivated.0

Hi. I started with the goal of losing 50-60 pounds. I've lost about 34 so far. I'm doing it by changing my diet to whole foods, aerobic exercise and weight training. Friend me if you want to provide mutual support to each other. Good luck.

I too lost the baby weight after kiddo # 1, but haven't lost it after #2 and it's been 4 years. Best of luck on your fitness journey! I sent you a friend request.0

I am in my late 30's, my twins just turned 10. I also have an 11 year old. I was 155lbs. (I'm 5'8") when I got pregnant with my 11 year old and then about 160lbs. when I got pregnant with my twins. After that I was between 160 and 180, up and down for a few years. I did Medifast which made me lose the weight and then gained it back when I was done. Did that twice. Then I started just mild walks with a Fitbit, weight training, and CICO and I have steadily lost a lot of weight. I am currently 145lbs. (took about a year at 500 calorie deficit) I have been holding that for a few months to take a break from the diet, but I still still count calories. I actually stopped counting for a couple of weeks and gained a few pounds so now I count again using MFP of course. I am now back on a calorie deficit of 250 calories with a goal of 135. It will take about 20 weeks but that is OK. I won't be miserable and I won't be gaining weight and those are both pluses. :-) So when I am done, I will be 20lbs down from pre-baby weight. WITH TWINS!! It is possible, and I am proving it. My Fitbit sure helps. Not sure I have the will power without it. But everyone is different in that regard.0
