Does anyone know the amount of calories breastfeeding burns ? ( approx is fine )

As far as i read, 1oz= 30 cals. But there's just so much variability in there since you can't know how much you produce (unless you pump) that i just chose to not add those calories and just set my activity level to lightly active.
ETA- When i was exclusively breastfeeding i had success in eating 1900 and not eating exercise calories. I was 5'5 and 198. Now i supplement and reduced it to 1750-1800.0 -
Most women who are exclusively Bfing add 500 calories, I believe. If you go into your food diary and search for breastfeeding, you'll find several negative 500 calorie entries. When you add one to your diary, it will give you the extra calories in your "calorie budget."0
