Busy mother of a preschooler

I'm a busy working mother with a young son. I would love you meet other moms looking to lose weight the healthy way! One thing I've done to help keep me accountable is I share my food diary with my friends! I really would love to hear from other mothers that are willing to share and show how they make calorie counting work for them. I'd love to see other ideas!

    Hi. I started with the goal of losing 50-60 pounds. I've lost about 34 so far. I'm doing it by changing my diet to whole foods, aerobic exercise and weight training. Friend me if you want to provide mutual support to each other. Good luck.
