Lost the weight then gained it back...trying 21 day fix this time around

About 2 yrs ago i finally lost all the baby weight ingained from both my pregnancies; i had lost a total of 72lbs! I felt great! Then i started to gain again and before i knew it i was the same dreaded size all over again! This time around im doing the 21 day fix, a combination of portion control meals and a daily 30 min workout. Im great at following directions but get discouraged without my support team

    What happens after the 21 day fix though? I've had better results with permanent lifestyle changes. Whilst a little daunting at first, it's important to find something that's balanced and sustainable. I track my calories and eat a moderate amount (1750cal , male, 36), do a reasonable amount of activity. I still eat chocolate, I still snack but I am aware of the consequences. Now I have better awareness of the calorie value of food I feel empowered to make better meal choices that allow me to stick within my goals. Good luck and I wish you all the best.
