Hi everyone, I'm a recent inductee after this site was recommended by my dietitian. I was diagnosed with Celiac about 3 years ago and have been fighting an uphill battle against weight gain since changing my diet (Gluten free ... whoo hoo...). Unfortunately what was supposed to help my body figure out how to work properly again has not done much for me. I"m 5'3" and 185lbs. Fortunately I now eat much healthier than ever and despite my every growing weight I'm healthy, no blood pressure issues no cholesterol issues nothing.

I have tracked food intake and exercise before all to no avail. My new dietitian has me eating more than I have in years and I have to admit I'm terrified. I have kept my calorie count well below 1200 for so long that now (only on day 3 of my diet change) I almost feel sick with all I'm eating... I just started and will log all food here from now on... but any support will be greatly appreciated.
