Hey everyone..Im starting my fitness routine tomorrow I want to lose weight and be fit and eat healthy so I want to know what I can eat and how to eat and portions and when and all that detailed stuff so please can someone explain to me all these things..thanks

This is a complicated question and there's no simple answer. The best thing you can do is start logging your food to get an idea of what your diet looks like now and what you need to adjust.

A good place to start is to eat what you eat now but in smaller portions.
Log for a week or two without making any changes and then go back and see where you might eat a little less or replace a food that you like with a different food that you also like.
Don't try to change everything at the same time. Baby steps.0
