Looking For 'Experienced Losers' ;)

I am really glad to be able to be a cheerleader- it's a great way to give back what I'm being given. I don't have many people in my 'real life' that are supportive or motivating- so I am more than happy to take part in this virtual support group.

I could really use some people who have large, healthy losses and can offer advice on my food intake- check out my food diaries and give some pointers for optimal health, mood and loss.

Please, feel free to add me regardless of your level of fitness experience- but I am definitely here to seek out a handful of 'advice givers'.
