Help!!!!

MFP has set me to 1200 a day. I'm a 5 foot 11 woman. I've been doing great for the past month, however, this week I'm sooo hungry!!! I just want to eat and sleep all the time. I can't tell whether I'm coming down with something or I've just lost my motivation. I've been swimming nearly every day, this week I've been once. Does this happen to people? Do you just get an off week? I don't know whether I need a rest or a kick up the bum

    I would think you need more than 1200cals per day given your height. What is your current weight and what is your weight loss goal.

    Did you set an aggressive weight loss goal or perhaps get some of your profile parameters wrong?

    Go back and check your profile, check for current weight, age and height as well as daily incidental level.

    If those are correct, have a look at your weight loss goal per week. Set it for 1lb or 500gms per week.

    You definitely need to be eating more.
