I have been on my weight loss journey for awhile and I have been successful with tracking my food and exercise via MFP. Lately though, I have been sliding back into habits that I had conquered, so I need to find something to dive into to break this slide before I end up where I was before. At this point, I am taking the next couple of weeks to learn more about the Whole30 plan and to figure out recipes and shopping. My 47th birthday is at the end of the month, so I think that March 1 will be a great time to start. I believe that interaction with others facing the same challenges is important for success and being able to laugh a little along the way keeps things interesting. I hope that is what I have stumbled upon here.
