So I began the south beach diet last Friday and decided to pair it up with fitness pal to keep an eye on things closely. I've used both seriously before and did well.
My problem is I've lost 7 lbs since last Friday! (south beach phase one is a detoxifying phase) but fitness pal, when I changed my weight in my log, my daily updated says that I lost 5 and in my profile it says I've gained 2? Kind of disappointed as I am motivated by watching my progress. I wanted like to see the "in 5 weeks" daily stats! Maybe I've done something incorrectly? Any thoughts?

Look at your past weight in on fitness pal. If you ever put a weight in past lower, would be why it showing this.0
