How much faith do those of u that own a body composition scale have?
I have been dieting and lifting weights for over two months and seeing some weight loss my fat and lean muscle numbers don't change

Mine do. It always shows similar stats at similar weights over time. My body composition has remained pretty similar. I dont lift weights - just do a few body weight excersises. Its a reference tool.for me. Not sure how accurate the number is though.0

Meh. It probably gives a nice enough idea for general use, but there are more accurate methods.0

Scales are not an accurate way to measure your body fat %, and lean mass. They are estimate numbers. Don't rely on them though.0

Maybe I'm too set on the numbers and I need to just use them as a reference.
