Creating my Best Self!

Hi, I am 59 years old and turning 60 this year. I really want to create my best self, not only in being fit but also practicing cleaner eating habits. I admire people who embrace an all around healthy life by balancing mind, body and soul. I joined MFP to challenge myself and also as a mechanism to gauge my decisions. I have no desire to run a marathon or enter some type of all day boot camp. However, I'd like to know that if I was placed in a situation that I have the wherewithal to handle it! I've always been a dance aerobics kind of gal and only recently learned that I can do planks and push-ups. I'm not where I'd like to be but I'm stronger than I realized.
