When to lift 3 times a week

I started lifting 3 weeks ago. I do a full body beginner dumbbell workout 3x10. I've been lifting every three days. It has become my favorite type of workout and I'd like to increase the frequency to 3 times a week. But I'm on the fence whether or not that is too much too soon.

I don't want to do a split workout, I've tried those before and always lose motivation when life happens and I get off schedule.

I'm making progress every time I lift whether it's more reps or increasing weight so what I'm doing now is working....I just want more.

So I guess my question is when is it appropriate to increase lift days?

You can switch to 3x a week, not too much. In fact, lots of beginner lifting programs start at 3x a week.

3 days a week won't be bad at all even for a beginner.

I was told to give those muscles 24 to 48 hours rest between. I was doing 3x a week until my surgery in November and since I haven't been as good about it. When I go, I can tell I've lost strength, can't do nearly what I could before surgery. I'm trying to build back up.
