What is everyone's favorite low calorie food swaps or lower calorie craving cures?
I'm the type that I always feel like I'm having an intense craving of some sort!
I have found that dessert flavored Greek yogurt or coffee helps a lot with my sweet cravings, and flavorful tuna packets help a lot with my savory cravings. I also crave a lot of Asian noodle dishes so I find Amy's frozen dinners a great portion controlled alternative (so tasty smothered in sriracha)
Also my favorite low calorie swaps are stevia instead of sugar, zevia carbonated water instead of soda, and buffalo sauce to make basically everything taste good with lower calories than other sauces.
What helps you stay satisfied during calorie counting?

Ghiradelli dark chocolate squares are great for chocolate cravings. Individually wrapped, nice portion control. Dark chocolate gives me more chocolatey goodness. I'm going to have to control portions during maintenance too....so why not start now?
I just drink diet soda. It's about the only time I use fake sugar anyway. 1 or 2 cans a day is fine by me.
Salty cravings - microwave popped corn with oil & salt. I use a micro pop bowl instead of snack bags (which seem to burn in my microwave). The oil (just a little) helps the salt stick. Cinnamon added to Kernels Kettlecorn seasoning is nice on popcorn too.
I can "eat around" a craving with fruit & whatnot. But most of the time I'm still left craving the real thing. Sometimes you just gotta have dessert. Lifestyle changes (this time).

I think constantly eating/drinking something, and too much of very sweet foods/drinks, perpetuates cravings. Regular, balanced meals, always including vegetables, fat and protein, plenty of fruit, some nuts, grains, meat/fish and dairy every day, and my cravings are reduced by 99%.0

Mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes!! Just made a yummmmmy Shepard's Pie with ground chicken, frozen mixed vegetables and topped it with the mashed cauliflower... Heaven!!!!
I've also done the cauliflower "fried rice" but it smells pretty bad grated up and isn't a greaaaaat equivalent to rice, but is still good as its own dish, and gotta love the low cals.0 -
Beef jerkey. Good protein and low calories (3pcs: 80 calories, 10g protein). Also could swap for turkey/chicken flavors.0

I cut banana into 6ths, freeze it, and suck on them when I want sugar... They last much longer this way. I also like pickled beets... Not sure what it is a swap for, only know that when I am tempted to start snacking, I can have more of those without blowing my calories than other things. Carrots are excellent to fill empty spaces, since you can eat tons of them.
Finally, really weird one... Frozen peas... Not peas that were frozen that I have since defrosted and cooked... But frozen frozen peas.0
