Hi guys.. im having a problem with carbs (rice,oatmeal,cereal,bread,etc) can I eat white rice or bread? And how do you know if in general that whole wheat is really whole wheat..please help me in details..I went today to get oatmeal and it said white oatmeal so I thought if its white then I cant have it im a mess

As long as you don't have a known sensitivity to it (Celiac disease, diabetes, etc.), eat and enjoy it in moderation. It's basically illegal to label food as whole grain if it doesn't in some way contain the whole grain as seen in nature. As with all foodstuffs, rice probably has a one in a billion chance of harming you.0
