Hello!

Hi all, back on MyFitnessPal after a bout of illness last year! I lost 16kgs last time I used MFP a couple of years ago, so keen to get rid of the last bit!
I use a Garmin Forerunner 635 for tracking, and am currently on a lower-carb diet; Macros are C-30, P-40, F- 30
