Is this reasonable?

It's been a month of trying to lose weight, and I have lost 6 lbs so far. Is it possible to lose total of 35-40 lbs by June?

6 lbs / month is good. 35-40 by June would be a stretch. Where are you starting (weight, height).0

Why the rush?0

I had 50 to loose.
I lost 6 the first month and now 4/month.
I have lost 22 so far.
I workout daily, sometimes twice and eat between 1200-1500 / day.
I don't think it's reasonable to assume you can loose 35-40 in 3 months if you lost 6 on the first month. Assume the rate of loss will decrease going forward not increase.0 -
I think it's tight, but do-able. Remember that the closer you get to your goal, the harder it is to lose. "That last stubborn 10 pounds" will have been with you a long time and it doesn't want to go.0

Great loss. I think it's possible but it might become more challenging to lose as you get closer to your goal weight0
