Hello everyone..I decided to change my eating habits and eat heathly for good!..but the only thing thats making me stressful is that whenever I wanna eat lunch or dinner or breakfast I tend to stress out about the portions for example I had (half avocado and 1 small tomato and a small cucumber chopped next to a palm size portion of beans with lemon and olive oil on top and a cup of coffee) I was stressing about adding more veggies or more beans because of the carbs it contains but when I looked at my plate I felt like its a poor plate so im always affraid of adding more things to my plates and thinking if I add more carbs or fats it will make me gain weight..and since I ate beans I didnt eat them with bread I ate them with a spoon because I was stressing about more carb intake..HELP! :(

    Pay attention to calories.
    Also to protein.

    Carbs and fat won't make you gain weight, too many calories will. Weigh your foods so you can see what your portion looks like and determine what you can add in to fit into your goal.
