What to add....

Hi :-)

I just had a quick question about what to add to exercise and whats not worth adding.

I clean regularily every day, usually for about 2 hours straight which means up and down stairs with laundry and toys, up and down stairs to sweep an clean , make beds etc etc.

And also outings like walking through the grocery store or mall.

Should these things be added into my exercise or is it not worth adding?
