Hello my name is Christopher Hile and I have a question on my calorie intake and where my settings should be. I am a 44 yr old 193lbs and I lift weights so I don't need to loose weight just increase muscle mass and energy. I have gotten 2 opinions so far but was just looking if someone might help.

If you want to increase muscle mass, you'll want to eat at a slight surplus over your maintenance calories (~250 calories per day).
Hard to give you an exact number without knowing a few more stats (height; frequency, duration, and intensity of lifting days; etc).
Ultimately though, the 2 opinions you already have and any more you might get here will be estimations. Take a plan, stick with it for 4 weeks or so, and gauge your progress vs. expectations. If they aren't matching up, make some tweaks and try again.0
