CALORIE INTAKE

So I need help on what my Nutrition goals should be set at

If you want to increase muscle mass, you'll want to eat at a slight surplus over your maintenance calories (~250 calories per day).

Hard to give you an exact number without knowing a few more stats (height; frequency, duration, and intensity of lifting days; etc).

Ultimately though, the 2 opinions you already have and any more you might get here will be estimations. Take a plan, stick with it for 4 weeks or so, and gauge your progress vs. expectations. If they aren't matching up, make some tweaks and try again.
