You lose about 6-8 pounds of water weight in the first week or two. Amazing weight loss in two months.

Hi friends some of you ask how I lost it fast well I'm doing my cardio every morning and also cardio box witch almost made me give up but I was just badly out of shape..and I stuck to it,also I Been carb free!! Witch is very hard but just stick to it CARB FREE!!! If you have questions I can help you out any time
