No! Your weight will not continuously go down, regardless of how much you do or don't eat! You might have eaten more sodium yesterday, it could be near your TOM, if you've exercised your muscles will be holding onto water to repair, you may have not pooped for a while. All of these are possible reasons to why your weight may have increased just carry on today as if you'd had a loss on the scale, please do not starve yourself for a day, you don't need punishing.

Weight loss isn't linear. You won't always see the loss that you want. Sometimes you will see a gain. Weight fluctuations are normal. My scale fluctuates 8 lbs sometimes due to water weight. Its no big deal. What matters is the overall trend over months.0
