Hey everyone
My name is Alyssa, I am 19 years old and I'm a psychology student at the University of Guelph. I'm here because I was recently told my sugars are ridiculously out of wack so I'm trying to lose some weight and eat a lot healthier! I'm looking for someone to workout with eventually, but for now just some support and encouraging advice!
