There are so many different entries on MFP for rotisserie chicken! I buy mine from Costco. I remove all of the skin before removing the meat. Then I keep the white meat separate from the dark meat to help me keep track of what I'm eating. But I have no idea which entry to use or how many calories it really has.

What do you use when you eat rotisserie chicken with no skin?

I use the usda entries for cooked (forget if it says roasted or baked) chicken. There's one for breast meat and one for thigh meat (both without bone and skin) that I use.

This. It's cooked, dry heat, roasted, I believe.

Use one for cooked chicken breast and one for cooked dark meat.

And I just noticed that the 'chicken breast cooked, roasted' MFP entry doesn't come in weight anymore.

    WTF.
