Hi all

What to say? Well...

Thought it's about time to try and look after myself now I'm in my mid-thirties. I've been using apps since the beginning of the year to see if what goes in is actually healthy and after 1.5 months, according to myfitness, it seems I need to up my calorie intake.

My aim at the end of the year is to be smack in the middle of what my BMI should be, be regularly drinking enough water (thank you hydro-coach, you're a great app) and with xbox fitness tone up and put some bulk on my twiggy, chicken like legs.

If anyone knows a good combo of apps to use that incorporates an LG smart watch r's heart rate monitor with healthy phone apps like Google fit, I'd love to know.
