Angry at myself, not doing as good as I though I was

If I just didn't lose weight this week, I'd be fine, I could rationalize it. But...I decided to look back on this week. I've been exercising yes, but going over my calorie goal almost every day this week. One day I went over by five hundred calories! Just because I couldn't resist a doughnut.
I just feel like I could do so much better. I realized that I've been eating one or two low calorie meals so that I can eat one really junky one. I think I need to stop eating the dinners my family prepares and start making healthier ones for myself.

Don't be angry with yourself. Just start new today. I know this isn't a long term solution but I've been using lean cuisine meal by adding veggies and salads to them. It's got me started. Down 21 lbs. Take it a day at a time!0

Don't beat yourself up. This is a learning process. For some people it takes some time to get into the routine .0

If you're doing better than you were before, that's still Better Than Before. It's only failure if you quit trying.0
