Angry at myself, not doing as good as I though I was

If I just didn't lose weight this week, I'd be fine, I could rationalize it. But...I decided to look back on this week. I've been exercising yes, but going over my calorie goal almost every day this week. One day I went over by five hundred calories! Just because I couldn't resist a doughnut.

I just feel like I could do so much better. I realized that I've been eating one or two low calorie meals so that I can eat one really junky one. I think I need to stop eating the dinners my family prepares and start making healthier ones for myself.

Don't be angry with yourself. Just start new today. I know this isn't a long term solution but I've been using lean cuisine meal by adding veggies and salads to them. It's got me started. Down 21 lbs. Take it a day at a time!

Don't beat yourself up. This is a learning process. For some people it takes some time to get into the routine .

If you're doing better than you were before, that's still Better Than Before. It's only failure if you quit trying.
