Back at it again! I have had my ups and downs literally like many others I assume. I am looking to be the Best Me I can be. Food journaling has been hugely helpful for me in the past as well as blocking in workouts as NonNegotiable. I am using My Fitness Pal as well as Endomondo and Garmin Connect. I love how they all talk to each other. One step at a time. I Got This!!
